Problem solving. Making meaningful connections. Answering the “Why."

I focus on people. I’m passionate, intuitive and approachable. I inspire, build relationships, collaborate, and lead various teams and individuals across an organization to deliver seamless end-to-end brand experiences. I help determine the marketing need, the value proposition, craft the brief, assemble the right talent, provide the vision, and ultimately generate, support, and drive meaningful creative solutions that connect with the audience and get results for the company–while helping my business partners, and team, grow and shine. I think strategically and creatively. I can direct and create from ideation to conceptualization to execution.

When you connect with people emotionally it doesn't matter what their job or title is.

When you connect with people emotionally it doesn't matter what their job or title is.

When you connect with people emotionally it doesn't matter what their job or title is.

When you connect with people emotionally it doesn't matter what their job or title is.

When you connect with people emotionally it doesn't matter what their job or title is.

Focus on the reasons to believe (emotional benefits), that's where the heart is. Focus on what's meaningful. Connect with people as opposed to pushing product.

People won't always remember what you said, but they will remember how you made them feel.

We must get people to become curious about what something is and how it will positively impact their work lives, which in turn affects their personal lives–as well as how their adoption and use of a product will greatly and positively impact the success of their organization.

Below are some examples of what I mean.

One-to-one

Grocery (and misc) retailer

Target audience: Category Management, Procurement, Inventory, Assortment Planning, Business and Finance units -- these will be broadly hit with a digital play.

Key Executives : there was a handpicked list of executives.

Target audience: All relevant decision makers were targeted through the digital marketing efforts, along with broader influencer audiences who contribute to a consensus decision, including but not limited to: Director to C-Suite Levels: The OMNI Team, Supply Chain, Merchandising, IT, Data Science, C-Suite and Executive Admins.

The landing page content goes a bit deeper as you walk them through the journey. The presentation is where the solutions were discussed in more detail.

Target audience: CEO, COO, CFO

Reasons to believe (the emotional benefits): The battle for fresh is growing and getting more intense. Because of DG's size, they can serve the communities many have forgotten. You can provide fresh food to your customers at a lower cost

No solutions mentioned until the landing page

55,608 views from Ecolab across digital advertising

470 clicks to the landing page, or a 0.98% click through rate (nearly twice what is considered “best-in-class”)

Here's mix of examples. You'll see some list a solution, some don't. It all depends on what we need to accomplish and why, and what shakes out in the creative process.

Conversational. Approachable. Everyone is scared about what’s happening and what the future holds. Blue Yonder is the comforting smile/friendly face inviting you to talk with them. The images are inclusive and show diversity while bringing home the message. We will be using the various images and headlines throughout the campaign and future webinars. Each piece focuses in on one individual, which makes it personal. When coming across the various pieces it creates a “we’re all in this together” feel.
