My personal experience with A1 as a customer. In 2020, my wife and I were in the middle of refinancing and were about to have an appraisal. One morning I opened the garage door as usual, but instead of opening up normally, the garage door buckled and broke. We needed a dependable and quality solution, fast.

Our neighbor had recently replaced his garage door. When he saw our door, he mentioned that he used A1 and was happy with the service and results. I’d seen your advertising and vans around the valley so I was aware of your company. After some brief research it became apparent that A1 had a great reputation took pride in its service and craft. This led me to call and see if A1 could help.

I expressed my need and urgency and your team took action. Courteous and knowledgeable technicians came out quickly and were ready to help. They assessed the situation, explained what happened and why, offered clear solution options and advice, and did not try to hard sell. I trusted their advice and felt comfortable that my ignorance and the urgency of the situation weren’t being taken advantage of. Since we planned on being in our house for many years, we decided to get the whole kit and kaboodle (new garage door, rails, springs, motor, and weather seals). The door was ordered and everything was installed in no time. The service and workmanship were stellar!

From the person who answered the phone to the techs that came out, every one we encountered carried themselves with professionalism and a genuine desire to help. Our experience was second to none, enabling me to confidently recommended A1 to my dad a year or so ago for his home and rental property. He was very impressed.
